My fiancé went to this bridal shop and shared with me that her experience was horrible. She mentioned that the customer service sucked, super rushed and limited option to viewing dresses. They are not flexible to working with brides and they’re just money hungry. We did buy the dress but we should’ve spent our money elsewhere.
The sales consultant said that I have broad shoulders and thin hair, and she didn’t really help me choose anything. This upset me and affected my mood. The dresses in the salon are beautiful, but for me it is also very important how guests are welcomed and treated.
Great environment super nice experience with Kay, helpful through out the entire process absolutely loved it highly recommend!
Such unique dresses, a lot of variety and good prices! Definitely a place I would recommend. Kay was super helpful!
