Don’t ever rent from these people. They are the absolute worst and a joke to say the least. I set up auto pay 6 times and almost every single time it wouldn’t come out and we’d be charged late fees because their system was messed up. Not only that but we were STILL expected to pay those fees. They charge you for pest control and do NOT send anyone to spray for bugs and as a result we kill bugs in our apartment every single day. Working with DeLuna has been a disappointment, to say the least. They managed our Airbnb and everything from communication to never once getting paid on time is just the tip of the iceberg. We were regularly charged for services to the home that we were unaware of until payment was needed. Details for services they pride themselves on were regularly missed for guests. Deluna Management Services requires all applicants to pay a $50 background check, paid on line,before they allow any tenant the availability of seeing the property offered. The $50 charge is paid to a third party entity as told from their employee. When I tried going into office to fill out an application for a rental, I was told that the office may or may not allow anyone inside, an answering service was screening the calls. At Deluna Management Services, we strive to deliver excellent service while placing tenants and guests in the homes they've been looking for. We do have a $50 application fee that is non-refundable. However, we hold your application for up to a year so if you miss out on a property you can use that same application towards another. This was explained to Shirley.
