Where to begin. I lived at The Element for nearly 3 years and everything was a headache from the beginning, which started as mild annoyances and grew from there. The grounds are not maintained and there is dog fences everywhere around the property. Multiple cars were broken into and the smashed glass remained in the reserved parking areas. During the winter the carports are just massive sheets of ice and the sidewalks will remain iced and dangerous unless you shovel and salt them yourself. Great place to live. Caring, safe community with helpful staff that handles repairs quickly and professionally. They are kind and friendly. Dog friendly community. I have a very large dog and she enjoys time at the bark park and going for walks around the community. Many parks nearby as well. Good location. Renewing my lease since we are happy living here.

We worked during the same hours/days as the office and weren’t able to tour apartments (our fault, which is how we ended up in this dumpster fire). I applied for a one bedroom on the first floor, and when my partner went in to sign the lease (5 minutes before they closed because of work), they told him they were doing a move-in special for another unit.
