Got my ears pierced and one was pierced and angled the wrong way. Ear is bleeding despite cleaning. Brandi was rude on the phone and dismissed my explanation of the situation multiple times and never answered my final message where I asked a question. Very much seems like she only answered politely to get me to top talking. Has been rude to us before as well.
I took a small chain in to be repaired and have a pendant engraved with my son’s initials. The chain was repaired to satisfaction. My son’s initials were not centered on the pendent. I expressed my disappointment and was told by an employee, “Our engraving machine prints a little to the left.” So they acknowledged that it was not centered and blamed their equipment.
