Came in for jewelry cleaning services. The staff I worked with was delightful! Gave my earnings a beautiful shine! I hadn't been here before but will definitely be back. Their selection is impressive, atmosphere is chic, luxurious and comfortable. I was really impressed by the number of unique designs and rare stones as well as the ability to customize some of their offerings. I went in to have my wedding band engraved. They messed up the engraving and when I pointed out the mistake they said they don't really know how an engraving is going to turn out until after it's done and that it's at my own risk. They didn't reimburse me for the damaged ring or offer any other solutions. As they said it's at my own risk so it's my fault for trusting them with the job.
Mr. Charlie and their staff are top notch!
