Today was my first visit and I must say it was quite a wonderful experience. I was greeted when I arrived by the staff at the front desk who were courteous and friendly. The Doctors were professional and very engaging and made me feel comfortable. I feel fortunate that I am now associated with a top notch practice.
It was a good day at the eye doctor today, although I felt stressed going there. I didn't have the money to pay for the exam today because, being on disability, I am only paid monthly. However, I told the young lady at the front desk about my situation, she went to the back, and when she returned, she said I can pay when my check comes. I don't need to come to the office, she said; I can just call. I felt relieved because I missed last year's appointment for this eye pressure exam due to COVID. My appointment was 9:45 am.
