Very un-positive experience. Had my 1200s serviced here. Asked specifically to get my pitch faders replaced and was told in my estimate that that was the price i was paying to have this done. when i picked them up i had to catch them in the act. They didnt tell meanything about not doin what i asked when i was paying. I asked where are the junk faders u should have replaced? To this they replyed that they did not do what i asked and merely cleaned and oiled the faders. This was not what i asked for or what was told i was pay... read more

Honest shop – Extremely Positive Experience I brought my defunct guitar workstation/pedal to Deltronics as an authorized Digitech repair center. It was unusable to me and I was devastated. I was greeted by a friendly girl at the counter who took standard information from me and gave me a receipt. I received a call the next day and Jim explained to me what the process was and what to expect. Ultimately, the problem I had never really surfaced while at Deltronics, but Jim worked with it for two weeks, providing me with regular... read more

Trust for future repairs – I brought my Dual 1019 turntable in for repairs to the Woodridge store. Mike has been the guy to help me and all I can say is he is awesome. That store is very busy and for a good reason, so don't expect a quick turn around. His knowledge and customer service skills match no other. I collect vintage music machines and believe me, they're the ones I'll trust for future repairs.

I have used these guys for years. Great service and knowledgeable staff. I have recommended them to several clients and friends. Sure some things have taken some time to get back but parts supply is out of their control. On one occasion they spent several hours trying to fix a sub woofer and with no parts available returned it back to me without a charge.

Thanks again – Deltronics was as good as it gets regarding the handling of my requests and subsequent repairs of my vintage JBL and Harmon Kardon. Their advise is very honest. They repaired a badly damaged Harmon Kardon Citation 16A Amp and Citation 17 Pre-Amp to like new. These are very low distortion items and they were brought back to factory specs. They did not recommend costly and abusive upgrades as some others have and they discouraged me from my requests to have unnesasary requests performed on my speakers. They have... read more

Happy ending – Well this story has a happy ending though it took awhile to get there. My NAD C545bee developed a problem with the front panel buttons (seems I am not the only one). Took it into Deltronics and it took weeks to get it back. When unpacked I noticed the once new face plate had nicks and other blemishes. Needless to say I was disappointed. I pointed this out to Mike Del Valle the owner and also conveyed my belief that the face plate should be replaced. To his credit Mr Del Valle requested I drop off the unit and ... read more

Sounds and runs better – Took in my Eventide 910 in a few months back. They recommend a full rebuild, which I was reluctant at first to do, but it is 40 years old. As with older units too, it was not cheap, but I must say they took their time, kept me up to date when they had to order parts and in the end it was fantastic. It sounds and runs better, plus they taught me tricks with it I never knew. As A side note I had no issues with the receptionist, but I do feel her pain as when I was in there all she had were angry custom... read more
