We just used this company to purchase our first house, we found a house, they wrote up a contract the next day, we signed it via email and scanning back and forth as to not miss work, we got our contract accepted the same day we signed our contract and closed in 45 days. Things could not have moved any smoother. I would recommend this company to find a house and also from what I could tell the sellers had a good experience as well. Glad to finally be in our own place!
