Judging by the clinic’s responses, it seems they only pay attention to positive reviews, which are very few, while completely ignoring the extremely negative experiences of other patients. The doctor refused to properly assess me, even though the nurse recorded that my blood pressure was high during the visit. Instead, the doctor relied on my previous medical history rather than assessing my current symptoms. I asked for a basic blood test and a chest X-ray because I was experiencing difficulty breathing. The doctor refused in a very rude and dismissive manner and simply advised me to go to another clinic or to the emergency department. This clinic has always made me feel welcome. I have never had to wait too long for an appointment. Dr Ojoawa has been attentive, has listened to my concerns, has never dismissed my questions and appears to have superb knowledge of medications and possible side effects. I recommend this clinic. As well there is a pharmacy in the same building and the pharmacist is very helpful.
Dr. Ojoawo and his staff are just wonderful. Understanding, polite, and pleasant. The pharmacist is also really great! Highly recommended!
