Horrible customer experience a friend of mine had to endure from this company. Constant price increases after the contract was signed, poor workmanship and inexplicable delays. People entrust companies like Deltec with their hopes and dreams. Deltec needs to do a better job fulfilling them to the level of their promises.
They'll take your deposit, assure you that your plans are within budget and then when it comes time to start building, all of a sudden they can't meet the budget, you're told your expectations were too high, and you've now lost 8k for the deposit unless you're willing to cough up thousands of dollars for what you were told was within budget in the first place. DO NOT PLACE A DEPOSIT WITH DELTEC UNLESS YOU'VE GOT IT IN WRITING THAT YOUR BUDGET IS FEASIBLE.
