I think the staff at Delta Vision are great. They work hard to explain things to you and don't make fun of your fears . They are friendly too.
Dr. Popowitz and his staff are excellent, understanding, knowlegeable and personable . In an emergency, they got us in right away, diagnosed the problem and refered us to a specialist, setting up a same day appointment for us. Great practise. They have been treating our entire family for years
I can't say enough about this Optical location. Besides the staff being awesome and the doctors being great, things happen sometimes. Especially when you put glasses on a four-year-old child. But they went above and beyond to make it affordable for me to get another pair for her and after I left they even did further research and found they could replace the glasses that I had originally purchased for her if they just applied a little bit more discount. So I walked into a surprise! I am very pleased with this location!
Don't go here they try to bill you for symptoms you put on your paperwork and do not talk to you about. They bill your insurance and then if they do not pay then they send you a bill. I wonder how much money they are making on this. Beware. I also had to get a follow-up fitting for glasses and the first time the frames we're crooked and bifocal placement was off.
