If you are looking for a nice place to call home, I strongly suggest DVMHC, just looking through the photos on their page does not do this place justice! Management has made many wonderful changes including a new playground, security gate as well as multiple brand new homes being added regularly!
Delta Villiage has changed alot in an exclusive way. The management staff are awesome, whatever needs to be done gets done. They are very understanding and want their tenants satisfied. I fell in love in with the playground area and security surveillance and the in house security personnel. It's a safe and clean environment and I'm glad I've chosen to reside their and also regular maintenance and monthly pest control. I love it here so far. I have been here since April.
Very nice and friendly staff. The owner was there and personally talked to us and helped us out. For everything you get or have use of here $18 isn’t bad!
Delta Village staff are very kind and helpful. I've been here for 8 yrs and they have helped me out many times in many ways. Both office and maintenance staff will no doubt help you in the same way.
My son and I lived at Delta Village for 3 years. Miss Lisa (manager) and the rest of the staff there, were always very nice to us and would do anything to help out!! I really miss living there and have noticed on the Delta Village website that they are doing even more great things, to the place!! Miss Lisa works very hard at maintaining a clean, safe and quiet place! She and the staff take great pride in Delta Village, you can tell!
