Seems like a nice facility and wanted to arrange a tour. Was told that tours are only given on Fridays at 2pm. You are also grouped with others that want a tour, so the tour isn't targeted solely to your interests and needs. Might consider rethinking this approach for personalized service, similar to other care facility. My mom has been here for over 11 years and for the last two years been very hard to watch and frankly hard to put up with. Around the facility there are amazing places to share with me mom sit have a tea and a treat but for the couple years I have noticed that staff from the facility while on there break well I belive on there break. Sitting in the commen areas. Never seen this before couple years ago. Also staff that have been here for years that my mother has very much enjoyed are now gone. I just feel sad.
