THIS PLACE SCAMS THEIR RESIDENTS. They lied to us and got us moved in then slapped us with another bill out of no where. We put down a 500$ deposit they told us move in cost (first month rent/deposit) came out to 1800 with the 500$ from what we already placed to hold the apartment. Then they told us if we pay and move in the week they will take off 500$. So we did it all and moved in and now we get slapped with a 1123$ bill. Telling us it's the rent and we only paid deposit.. the math IS NOT MATHING don't fall for the trick.... read more

Please don't rent a house here, you'll regret it. It's not suitable for living in any way.
These apartments are HORRIBLE and a HEALTH risk to everyone around. Sewer backs up right in front of your bedroom window and smells foul. Management threatens to evict you or right you up if you don't clean the paper and smell due to their backed up not up to date water and sewer lines. Management tells you who you can have at your home and makes up lies. They make it a point to personally red tag your vehicle or have it towed on a street that isn't part of their property which is the court behind them (platonic ct.) Which i... read more
I never ever in my life had to live like this until I moved here . The plumbing is horrible I barely could take showers because other people body fluids from they unit was in my tub
