Unfulfilled Promises and Poor Management I live in a two-bedroom unit and my experience has been extremely disappointing. We were promised a fully renovated apartment, which was not true. Doors do not line up, burned wood from a past fire is still visible, and the overall workmanship is poor. Several items promised at move-in have still not been completed.
