I’m a few days late posting this but 10/10 doctors. The doctor interacted so well with my child I chouldve cried.
I went there bc i was sick with lung problems. Staff was nice and professional. The check in was quick. They check my lungs with x-rays and listen to my symptoms. They asked good questions. It didn't take long about 75 minutes. They gave me some strong and helpful meds and antibiotics to treat what I had. I had a good experience. Thanks for helping me.
Stopped unexpectedly for urgent care at Delta today. Had the very best experience from check in, to triage, and compassionate care with Bianca NP. Efficient and quality care.
No stars. Terrible. I have been going there for years & I will never go there again. The “DR.” didn’t help at all, he rushed & he was rude. Waste of time, no patient in an urgent care should feel that way. What a joke. I was treated as a nuisance. Shouldn’t be in health field if you have no compassion for ppl let alone URGENT CARE!
No very friendly. I went I. For sinus infection they did a swab for flu and covid. Dr came in listened to chest and looked in throat as I’m telling her my symptoms she went to the door said we will see what the results are. 10 minutes later the nurse came back in and said the swab was negative so she was calling me in some prednisone. I said I didn’t come for a cough I came for sinus pressure I need antibiotics.
