Highly recommend this shop for all auto repairs. We really appreciate their honesty and great work! We had the transmission rebuilt on our F150 for less than half of the cost of a new one. Also had the air conditioning compressor replaced and recently the timing belt on our Avalon at very reasonable costs. We never feel like Delta is trying to upcharge us with unnecessary repairs. We love that they are independent and a family owned business.
I highly recommend this transmission shop. came here yesterday afternoon because I saw some transmission fluid leaking from my ford expedition. was told right away what was wrong and came in today and was fixed while I waited only a HR. I will return here if there is any issues with my vehicle in the future if I can't fix it myself.
Our recommendation is for the purpose of “giving credit where credit is due!” Pete, Jr. has been extremely professional and highly knowledgeable in attempting to diagnose the “gear shift issue” with our low mileage, ’07 Cadillac STS. Although he could not come to a definitive resolve for the issue and a “dealer diagnostics” is now warranted, Pete did not charge us for his valuable time in analyzing the data links using available scanning equipment. Speechless! You know the difference between a grease monkey and a mechanic? Diagnostic ability. Anybody can change your oil, but a real mechanic can figure out the problem - which is somewhere between an art and a science. And diagnosing can be expensive! These Delta guys' first round on my clutch didn't turn out like we had hoped, but they kept at it until they found the problem. I recently had my vehicle towed there, Pete and Pete Jr knew there stuff. They told me what the problem was and fixed it pretty quickly. They were very nice and friendly. It’s a family own business and they lookout for those in the area. Also Pete jr mom was very nice as well. Overall great experience!
