We bought our home a year ago and the ac unit was a mess. I sent out msgs and Delta answered our call. We are so glad they did. The office was very nice and professional and our technician Ricardo was superb. He was very friendly and made sure we understood everything that was going on. The work was done correctly and at a great price. We would like to say thank you for taking care of us.
Ricardo and Daniel showed up immediately and analyzed and fixed the problem quickly. I’ve been using Delta T for some time now and they have always responded quickly. Would highly recommend!!!! Edited to add: After my last great experience I called last week and scheduled service on three additional units. I spoke with Mireya in the office and she couldn’t have been more helpful! Muy poco profesionales me hicieron perder un día de trabajo y me re agendaron la cita para otro día. El dia que supuestamente si iban a venir nunca aparecieron me estuve 4 horas esperándolos me hicieron perder dos días literalmente. Jamás los recomendaría.
I have nothing but great things to say about Ricardo C. He had both our evap. coolers up and running. Took the time to explain what he would be doing and had recommendations about what to do to make our coolers have a longer life span. He was very polite and respectful while on the job. Nothing but great things to say, will definitely use them and Ricardo again.
