The reasons I went with Delta were price and speed. I wanted to get central AC installed in the middle of summer, and other HVAC companies I talked to were booked out for weeks. Delta came out the very next day for a quote, and had the proposal ready in under 24 hours. When I called them on Friday to schedule the install, they were at my house the following Tuesday. Delta T is the way to go! This review is long overdue (my apologies.) In the hottest part of last summer, I had an A/C emergency and Delta T was quick to respond, within a 2-3 hours. They quickly identified the capacitor had gone out and thankfully had one for my unit on hand. Within minutes, my A/C was up and running again. My unit is an older one (but still works good) and instead of trying upsell me (like I'm sure the big name companies would,) they fixed the problem, saving thousands on buying a new unit. I had a fantastic experience with Jason from Delta T Heating and Air! Scheduling was easy, and he arrived right on time. Jason was incredibly nice, answered all of my questions, and took the time to explain how my heating and air conditioning system works. He was fast, efficient, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend Delta T Heating and Air for their excellent service!
I've been very happy with them, then just installed a new furnace at a reasonable price (I compared), they did A/C for me a number of years ago as well.
Very professional and educational. From the call with Jamie to the service repair rendered by Joe, these guys are top notch and highly recommend them for all HVAC needs!!
