They denied me employment due to a background that they refuse to show me which i know is bogus I have not been to jail EVER or convicted of any crime EVER and i worked at 2 childcare centers prior to being employed here I’ve done fingerprinting background checks and NOTHING so again this is BOGUS i have contacted the FTC AND CIVIL rights department in my state VA and both cases have been filed not to mention the supervisor for backgrounds hung up in my face Antonia Cooper just so you all know whom it is ‼️
Horrible, they deducted ( VA location) my paycheck for a training that I haven't attended yet. Will contact corporate. It's sad when you try to explain your not a good fit for the assignment then recruiters ignore you.
I have yet to go on an assignment due to very short notice, distance, and assignments where I don't meet the requirements such as "male only". It's really a headache to get up and get dressed in the morning just to get assignments like these. I was also sent an assignment that I said I'll take, but never received a link to accept. When I emailed back, the assignment was given to someone else. Please, do better. I had such high hopes even after reading these reviews 3 weeks ago.

recently had a frustrating experience with customer service, and I just have to share it. Delmy Martinez was my representative, and her level of professionalism left a lot to be desired. It was like talking to a brick wall—she just didn’t listen at all. Whenever I tried to explain my issue, it felt like she was tuned out and could not grasp what I was saying.
