Rude service I needed a custom made part for a part to fit under my kitchen sink. It was a 14 x 2-1/4" elbow that went from ductwork in the floor to blow out into the room and had to fit under the toekick in my kitchen cabinet. What I received was just the opposite of what I asked for.. a 2-1/4" x14" elbow that would never have fit in the clearance a toekick provided.
