If I could give a zero I would. They have you pay for professional cleaning and to fix all the holes from hanging stuff and turn around and charge you for those things to be done again. I could probably have taken them to court over it but it wasn’t worth the headache I just wanted to be done with them. Also getting anything repaired while you live there is a long process and the communication is horrible.
Zero follow up, lady who worked there kept saying we live "Out of state" because we live in Southern CA? Lol what?? Sad...
Unprofessional employees and lack of transparency it appears they only want to collect application fees! Upon checking their site we located a property that fit the profile of what we were looking for. We made the decision to apply as the area is in high demand and it was just listed. We plan to move within the next 5 weeks but we are not local. So we needed to get the process going ASAP. There was nothing stating the property needed to be viewed onsite first.
