I had a great experience finding my first apartment here. Anthony, the manager, was extremely helpful and professional throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all my questions, made everything clear and straightforward, and helped me find the perfect place to call home. I couldn’t be happier with my new apartment and the service I received. I’d Highly recommend these apartments.
Apartment complex is nice, comes with a pool and a dog park. Pool isn’t even worth using, people from outside of the complex were using the pool. Anthony changed it to where the pool hours during the weekday is 8am-4;30pm and I work Monday-Friday and don’t get out of work till 5pm and I can’t even enjoy the pool That I’m paying for in my rent (amenities), I don’t even know what the Saturday and Sunday schedule is. I’ve lived here for 3-4 years now, the first couple years were not the best but since the new manager Anthony has came in I’ve seen significant improvement. He’s always willing to work with you and get ur problems taken care of as soon as possible. Thankful to finally have a manager that cares!
Anthony & Kevin have always been great to me! Anytime I have anything wrong they come within the next business day. Very respectful, and have done a lot to make this place a better place (:
1) Anthony, the leasing agent, asked for $500 too much for my security deposit. His boss, Amanda with LR Management, stopped by the office unannounced on the day I was turning in my deposit. She showed me my move-in costs which had a lower amount than the one Anthony emailed me. She said he would apply the extra amount to my next month's rent. The next day when she was gone, he told me he wasnt going to do that. I had to reach out to his bosses to get it solved. 2) The dishwasher was broke for 5 months. I reached out many ti... read more
