Thank you to Delta Square apartments Anthony Williams is the best landlord I have ever had and I am grateful to be stained or living where I’m at. I would recommend to live here or move in to anyone that wants to move the best manager in landlord I have ever had. I appreciate you.

First part of the review: I got my apartment here two months before I moved in. I was living in Detroit without a car with a plan to move here for my job. Upon arriving to pay the deposit and first months rent, I was told they weren't able to let me see an empty unit. Whatever, how bad could it be? Very, very bad turns out. Part two of the review: Some other fun tidbits: Anthony wasn’t the original property manager when I first got there. Once he arrived they added a $14 Property Manager Protection to our rent every month. The front doors of the buildings automatically lock but you can just pull them open. The walls are paper thin and you can hear what everyone is doing all of the time throughout the whole building. This is not a great place to live. The management is horrendous as well as the maintenance staff! Not only incompetent, but never there most of the time. Go to Plumtree for a better experience. Trust me, you will thank me later.
