Fast, efficient and friendly. It was a great easy closing.
First impressions are important. The desk clerk, Avery Martin, was very rude. She wore an AirPod/earplug in one of her ears during the entire encounter. Her tone and demeanor was very unwelcoming. Every question that we asked her was replied to in a shallow and dismissive manner. The questions were simply about a receipt and where to sign. She rolled her eyes on several occasions as well. Two stars because one of the other staff members was friendly.
