I don't really feel confident in this title company. Throughout the process of selling our house, we had to closely review and correct the documents multiple times. I resent having to pay all the fees to a title company and pay insurance to cover their mistakes just to have to go through and fix things myself before closing, especially considering that somehow the closing costs are twice as much as they were to purchase our new house. First impressions are important. The desk clerk, Avery Martin, was very rude. She wore an AirPod/earplug in one of her ears during the entire encounter. Her tone and demeanor was very unwelcoming. Every question that we asked her was replied to in a shallow and dismissive manner. The questions were simply about a receipt and where to sign. She rolled her eyes on several occasions as well. Two stars because one of the other staff members was friendly.
