They are very rude!!! I do not recommend them at all. BEWARE.
I don't really feel confident in this title company. Throughout the process of selling our house, we had to closely review and correct the documents multiple times. I resent having to pay all the fees to a title company and pay insurance to cover their mistakes just to have to go through and fix things myself before closing, especially considering that somehow the closing costs are twice as much as they were to purchase our new house. It doesn't help that every time a correction needs to be made, Fran is calling every number... read more
