I cannot believe I just paid over $30 for the WORST interior cleaning I have ever gotten anywhere. I'm disgusted. Couldn't tell you what they actually did but vacuum. The display console: not wiped clean. Cup holders and middle console: not wiped clean. Inside of windows: not wiped clean. I had to ask them to at least get the interior of my windshield clean please (and it was obviously dirty from my dogs nose prints). How do you not even get the obvious grime clean? I wish I could get my money back.
So I’ve been telling my in-laws how great this car wash and detail place is so today he drops off his car to get a $200+ detail and let me tell you I dropped him off to pick up his car and I was very disappointed not only will I not be going back there but I will no longer recommend this place to anybody I know the car still had bugs on the whole front of the car so bumper and hood but yet again they did the six-month wax treatment on it car looked bad and I feel bad for telling him to go there so I will be paying out of my ... read more
Unfortunately I will never recommend this business to anyone. Waking up to find that over $300 was stolen out of my account at this location (I DONT live in IL) when I called to talk to them to see the footage of someone using my stolen card number, I just got the run around and no call back. Makes me think it’s an employee using stolen card numbers to steal peoples money!!
RecommendedMy wheels come out cleaner from this wash than any I've ever had. I also love how gentle the wash is on my paint, and the gas here is fantastic!
car wash is closed which I understand due to coronavirus but corporate is not giving a full refund for the monthy plans when they are closed and peoplecant use the services....what a bunch of bs!

The people working there showed me exactly what needed to be done( air filter) and what they recommended to be done before they do it my car. Very helpful and why I bring my car to them
