My review is for Bill. He has wonderful customer service. He is always polite and assists me with anything I may require help with. He always says good morning prior to our transaction and have a great day afterwards. He’s awesome!

Some young looking girl working inside rudely told me with her mean girl energy that “I can tell you right now we don’t take those cards” and pointed to my EBT card. Whether or not if she was right, there’s a certain way to talk to customers and that right there made me cancel both my interior and exterior cleaning memberships
In from out of state and was immediately surprised to see that a basic interior and exterior wash is about double what I pay at home for the same service. $60 for a basic car wash is CRAZY. There is little signage and myself and a few other cars were confused trying to get to where to get the interior cleaned. We found it and pulled up and waited several minutes before a staff member came out and was incredibly annoyed that we were parked where we were and asked us to back up telling us we are supposed to stay in the lanes. ... read more
