Not only do you use way to much soap. But when I went through it says my price is now going from 29.99 to 39.99. Because I washed my car and additional 3 times. 3 times. Are you kidding me. Hey when I was in florida taking care of my sick dad you guys kept raising the prices and I wasn't using for months at a time. I got a Car Wash around a week ago which was pretty good and I went to get my car dried afterwards but the person who was drying my lane was very rude and I am pretty sure he was Islamophobic because as soon as he saw me, he looked at me like I was an alien because I was very a hijab. I have been here for a long time and I have never experienced this and this really motivates me to never come back here. I want to take a moment to recognize an outstanding Delta Sonic employee, Wol. I had a serious issue with a bad cleaning during a previous visit, and after speaking with several people, I still couldn’t get the help I needed. When I spoke with Wol, he went above and beyond to resolve the situation. His professionalism, patience, and problem-solving skills made all the difference. I truly appreciate the way he handled everything, and I hope Delta Sonic recognizes Wol for the excellent service he provides.

The service of vacuuming was really bad. Never vacuumed the back seat or the back of suv.There was only a blanket in the back seat, which could have very easily been removed and the couple of folding chairs that I take with me. Also, no signage that I saw in refence to having my self take out the things that were in the very back of my suv or remove things from the backseat.
