Hunter Oneill, is the best worker there. We are in the plus club and I was cleaning the car and he was very welcoming helping us wipe the windows seeing as we needed assistance.
This place keeps getting worse and worse. It's clear that upper management needs to get involved. The staff is young and seems indifferent about maintaining the standards. If your car is even slightly dirty, you can count on it not being clean after the first wash. As a frequent customer, I am disappointed every month. The machines continue to malfunction, and the credit card machine seems to be broken every other week when I visit. Absolutely horrible…I have been going to the Delta Sonic in Naperville and have NEVER had the experience I had at the Oswego location. I paid for an interior cleaning and received a half cleaned car. The dashboard was still dusty, the back seat was not wiped down, the trunk not vacuumed, woodgrain was still sticky. I had to ask him to go back over the inside and it took him another 15 mins to re-clean and then I was given an attitude by the guy telling me I should’ve told them what to focus on.
