Well organized, bright, clean and very friendly staff. The front entrance was busy but the wait was minimal due to very efficient delta lounge receptionists. The food was well prepared and a good selection was spread throughout. A bar and multiple coffee stations meant easy access to beverages. I noticed the younger wait/bussing staff kept things tidy. Coffee stations were very clean and empty seats were quickly cleaned up and turned quickly. Very well done
As someone with a dairy allergy i was disappointed i couldn't eat anything. Please have a dairy free protein option! The day i visited there were meatballs and it makes no sense to put cheese on that when there was already pasta that had cheese
Well, the changed the rules and never communicated with Amex. Now if you buy economy ticket with delta even if you have Amex Platinum you can’t enter. But that was just one issue. Second issue was that my flight got canceled and I supposed to be flying through Charlotte with Amex lounge. When I told that to this lady let’s call her Karen, she said I do not care. Too bad. I am like I am sorry. What a great customer service and thinking outside the box. lol being sarcastic. Not booking delta anymore, an only flying through air... read more
