Visited the Delta Sky Club near Gate A68 at Detroit Metro during the morning breakfast hours and had a generally good experience. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, which really stood out from the moment I walked in. When I arrived, the lounge wasn’t too busy and there were plenty of seating options inside, making it easy to find a comfortable spot. Lundi 19 août vers 13h30, je me présente avec ma famille pour accéder à ce salon. Nous avons droit d'y entrer, comme il est clairement expliqué sur le site Delta (clients SkyTeam elite plus en vol international). Nous sommes néanmoins repoussés par une employée méprisante et incompétente puisqu'elle ne connaît pas les propres règles de son entreprise. Just tried to go but looks closed down. Not sure if they are renovating but don’t expect to be opened. Close to gate A65
This sky club feels cheap and basic. The food options are pitiful. Today they served Swedish meatballs (that looked like dog food), rice, green beans and some charcuterie options (cheese, meat, hummus, etc). There isn’t a real bar, it’s just a bar cart that can’t handle any real volume. If more than 3 people want a drink at the same time, the line starts to get out of control and the bartender takes a long time to recover.
