A decent place to visit
Very disappointing experience trying to enter the DTW Sky Club, AGAIN! I’m fully eligible for access with my Amex Platinum and have used the exact same card at SEA and ATL with no issues. But at every Sky Club I visited at DTW (I visited 4 of them), the staff just looked at my plastic card and told me I wasn’t eligible without even checking my account.
