Delta lost my business for life. I purchased a first class ticket that listed lounge access. Apparently it’s for a first class lounge that doesn’t exist, not the credit card lounge. Delta is a bunch of scammers
It’s was very busy this morning there but the service was friendly, the coffee fresh and overall a clean nice experience
Nice new skyclub in MSY plenty of seating and not busy.
