This is a great lounge! And Ke is an incredible human being - we moved here a few months ago and have been taking several red eyes back to visit family. We see her every time before our flight, and she is so welcoming and friendly.
If you're stranded in Portland for a couple hours, spend them here!
I thoroughly enjoy and appreciate having a Sky Club at PDX and have had nothing but positive experiences with the staff. Today I had a series of complications on the way to the airport and the in-person help in the Sky Club was a major relief. Miri and Dominique were kind, compassionate, and very efficient in helping me resolve my issue and still make it to my destination on time. Thank you to all the staff who make this an oasis of support and comfort for Delta customers.
