I thoroughly enjoy and appreciate having a Sky Club at PDX and have had nothing but positive experiences with the staff. Today I had a series of complications on the way to the airport and the in-person help in the Sky Club was a major relief. Miri and Dominique were kind, compassionate, and very efficient in helping me resolve my issue and still make it to my destination on time. Thank you to all the staff who make this an oasis of support and comfort for Delta customers.
Tried the Delta Sky Club at PDX back to back with the new Escape Lounge., no comparison. Delta hands down. The food choices were better. Food looked more appealing and the seating and comfort level were comparable. No powdered eggs at Delta!! I feel like the up’d their game since I was last there. Definitely will skip Escape Lounge next time. Yay Delta!!
Excellent lounge. Small. Never crowded. Friendly staff. Nice quiet place to relax.
