Very quiet and relaxing place.
Norma up front is fantastic! James is an absolutely great guy! The bartender that normally fills my water up wasn't here this morning so I missed him but the girl in his place was also super nice! Great staff in MKE!
Heidi was the calm in the storm. She single handedly ran the front desk and rebooked the entire Sky Club multiple times due to ATL closing. Delta, who do I talk to formally recognize this hero?
Excellent experience at the Delta Sky Club Lounge. We are flying back to San Diego, connecting through Minneapolis, and our flight is a bit delayed. The lounge front clerk changed our seats up closer to the front and offered changing the route through Detroit to make sure we had more time connecting with the flight. She was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our time at the lounge.
