In a word, quaint. It’s a cute legacy Northwest Airlines lounge, suitable to the lower passenger volume MKE has. It was clean and comfortable with a more than adequate food selection. Maybe you’d like to have showers, but for its square footage and market, I’m happy. Hopefully Delta sees fit to keep it around and maybe even renovate to current Sky Club decor.
Would not recommend this club if you are traveling afternoons....A lady with white shirt and black sweater was spraying so much freshner that I had to leave! It was making me choke!
Great small & quaint lounge, good food! A very welcoming front desk staff , especially so early in the morning.
Ryan (female) blonde hair, late middle age, is the rudest attendant for this sky club. I would not recommend this club if you’re expecting quality service from their staff.
Best way to relax before and in between air travel. Excellent services. Highly recommend this!
