These guys were fabulous. I met Zack when he came to do the inspection. From that point on, everything was on schedule. Price was more than competitive. They replaced the roof and repaired any wood repairs that were needed. This included soffit repair as well. They were in/out in a day. The follow-up afterwards was good too. A very hardworking and well oiled crew too. Again thanks for the hard work.

The Delta team arrived on time, performed all work above standard, and closed the transaction efficiently. From start to finish, communications were clear, timely, and efficient. The workers cared for the property as if it was their own. They walked the property removing trash and debris multiple times, used magnets to trap nails, and even respread the straw over areas where they had traced with the skid steer.
