Our experience with Delta Roofing could not have been better from beginning to end. We live in an area where cedar shake was required by the HOA. I thought the da Vinci "Aged Cedar" composite product was a better value, and with Delta's support we obtained HOA approval of the product. Once the sale was made, the Delta "front office" kept us advised with respect to the delivery of the product, and timing of the "reroof" project. They did a great job replacing our roof. An attic exhaust fan that I requested was installed and connected, and is working as planned, everything went well including the clean up of the property after the job was finished.

Great communication from all the staff. On time and in budget. Attention to detail. Went the extra mile. Everything else falls in to place after a new roof.

These guys were fabulous. I met Zack when he came to do the inspection. From that point on, everything was on schedule. Price was more than competitive. They replaced the roof and repaired any wood repairs that were needed. This included soffit repair as well. They were in/out in a day. The follow-up afterwards was good too. A very hardworking and well oiled crew too. Again thanks for the hard work.
