Dr Hahn is nice guy. however someone in this office isn't sending the proper notes to insurance. I've talked to insurance and the only thing that they have sent them is a clinic notes from one of my visits. NOT A SINGLE TEST RESULT WAS SENT. Someone isn't doing their job and it's frustrating my health isnt being taken serious. Insurance has said they've tried calling and they get no answer. They are sending request to them with no responses back.
