Delta Property Management is a great property management company. They are always polite and professional. They offer personalized service that most property management companies just do not offer.
Horrible , they don’t Address safety hazards in their homes, even after a Professional was contacted and paid out of Renters pocket to prove of the house health issues.”pest feces in addict, they refused to remove or disinfect” .after receiving my real estate license I have looked more into this company and realize my family has made a huge mistake by renting from them. UPDATE AFTER MOVING OUT: We were tenants with Delta for 4.5 years and I am so grateful for the way they handled everything. From move in to move out 5 star experience.
