I have a hard time reconciling the reviews I read with my experience with Charlie Benghauser. This is my experience. I hired Delta Floors to refinish the existing hardwood floor in a house I just purchased in Prescott, mostly based on the reviews I read.The floors are maple and were in good condition, but there were areas of discoloration and quite narrow gaps between the boards (where the dirt would catch) that Charlie said he would sand and fill.
