This is a well equipped full service maintenance company! I have used Delta Pest Control many times over the past 3 years for my 4 rental properties, mainly for monthly pest control to prevent insect issues, and during the summer to perform grounds maintenance to keep the properties looking good. I have never had a single complaint, Their prices are fair and they always show up on time and have excellent communication with me about the state of the properties. sucks!! Totally unprofessional. The workers breaks things and the management BLAMES TNE INSURANCE co. and the ins. co. blames the workers and.....soap opera no one takes responsibility for the shoddy work ....and legal and illegal workers.
This company stood me up, rude and worthless. They never performed and never ever did the service I requested. What a bunch of uncaring unprofessional people.

Best in town!!! I just hired Delta to do several jobs in and around my property, everything from pest control (I hate Spiders EEK!) to landscaping and maintaining my newly landscaped yard! And guess what?? They are freakin awesome, even scheduling the estimate was super easy, i got on their website www.deltaunlimited.com simply to inquire about their services, and within 30mins a lovely young lady called me back and gave me a full description of the services they provide and let me know exactly in what ways they can help me.... read more
