late 2024 I had a lump biopsied from my leg. They could not get conclusive results, and tried 8 times- Billed for every single retry that I never asked for, and insurance covered $5 on a $1600 bill. Put me back miserably for months. This morning (June 2026) I received two fresh bills for two MDs from them that I have no idea what they're even for. I hate this lab, I genuinely do.

This company is negligent. My review is just like everyone else's. I was covered through my insurance for a biopsy test and yet they have billed me for 8 months sending letters for a $300 bill. I feel these companies are purposefully negligent and they do this on purpose because healthy lousiana pays them LESS MONEY for labs then billing directly to the customer. Theure just getting over. This is why people are on medicaid and have insurance !! Thee people are unethical and shouldn't be in business .
