Great place to work love all my coworkers there
This company is negligent. My review is just like everyone else's. I was covered through my insurance for a biopsy test and yet they have billed me for 8 months sending letters for a $300 bill. I feel these companies are purposefully negligent and they do this on purpose because healthy lousiana pays them LESS MONEY for labs then billing directly to the customer. Theure just getting over. This is why people are on medicaid and have insurance !! Thee people are unethical and shouldn't be in business .
I never received a bill or call from this company, yet they sent my bill to a collections agency. After I received the collections letter, I called Delta Pathology immediately. They said that they tried to send it but the mail carrier told them it was an undeliverable address. Delta Pathology even verified that they had my phone number, yet did not call me regarding this bill. Almost 4 years ago, Delta Pathology double-billed me for basic lab testing that my insurance had already covered. I called the Delta Pathology office multiple times, with either no reply or some type of "oh, call your doctor/call your insurance company to get it figured out, we can't do anything."
