Amazing lounge experience at Delta One. à la carte-menu, good shower facilities, good vibes.
This is by far and away the best airport lounge I have ever had the good fortune of visiting. (It is astounding that Delta One has anything other than five star reviews, but if you actually read the one star reviews, you will see they have little to do with the lounge itself.) You check in at a private pre-lounge where you are immediately pampered with a hot towel, drinks, and snacks while they magically check your luggage in. Its a nice lounge. Table service and large menu. But I expected more from the delta one lounge. Its very similar to their regular LAX lounge. There's an outdoor sitting area. It was 2/3 empty at 6 am. I've seen better lounges and I thought it'll be more elegant and larger.
Worst lounge in LAX and maybe hands down in the USA. I truly do not get all the hype behind it, it’s been the worst experience both times here now and will not be back. Delta yall blow.
