One of the best lounges. Private entrance and private security. Food menu is brilliant.
Worst Delta experience I’ve ever had. On January 29, 2026, at Gate 34A (flight LA6350), a Delta employee named Erik treated our family with open hostility and arrogance. This wasn’t just bad service — it was disrespectful and aggressive behavior toward a family with two children. Completely unacceptable in any airline, especially one that claims to value customers. We recorded the incident and have video proof. Delta should be ashamed to allow someone like this to represent the company.
In my 50 years experience flying, I have never come even close to the Delta One experience. Every passenger using it is treated like a VIP!
