Can’t use it unless you’re flying from LAX to JFK or a couple of other East Coast airports. They don’t tell you that upfront — you only find out when you’re denied entry. Feels unnecessarily exclusive and misleading. Tasteless.

Amazing lounge experience at Delta One. à la carte-menu, good shower facilities, good vibes.
This is by far and away the best airport lounge I have ever had the good fortune of visiting. (It is astounding that Delta One has anything other than five star reviews, but if you actually read the one star reviews, you will see they have little to do with the lounge itself.) You check in at a private pre-lounge where you are immediately pampered with a hot towel, drinks, and snacks while they magically check your luggage in. Next, you are escorted to the private carry-on screening facility which takes just a minute or two.... read more
