Extremely unprofessional all around. Use them through a 3rd party and I’ve had nothing but issues. Being late to appointments, scheduling appointments for days we clearly did not discuss. All while not disclosing costs before charging for appointments. Dr. Nguyen is great but she obviously is stretched thin and should not be taking on patients that she clearly can’t give the same quality of care for. I would not recommend using this clinic unless absolutely needed. As stated, great doctor, terrible logistics.
