Did a fantastic job installing my water heater at an actual reasonable price. Highly recommend and they are partnered with home depot.

The office was professional and very helpful. And, Thomas who did installation was courteous, honest and efficient. Purchased water heater from Home Depot and they had it installed less than 24 hours later, and removed the old one. *Felt price for installation was reasonable. If you have never had professional installation, it may seem high compared to purchase price of unit - but that is typical in my experience.
Don’t know yet. They were fast and priced better than a few other places we called for a water heater and installation. But the guy showed up two hours early for the appointment. He was nice about it, but still, I was still asleep. Then they installed the wrong heater size- they installed a 40gal but charged me for the 50gal. I thought I was getting the 50gal and the installer even said 50. Gary the technician is honest and knowledgeable about hot water heaters! I had scheduled for a new gas water heater because the pilot light on my 6 year old WH went out and a different company was trying to sell me on a tankless water heater or a new water heater ranging from $2,000-4,000 but didn't really look at the problem. Gary had mine going in seconds, cleaned it and ordered new part per my request so it will be "like new". He was so professional and kind.
