Bought a mattress and bed frame a while back, and the frame made a lot of loud creaking noises as you roll from side to side. My wife was nursing our new born through the night and the creaking was awful. The guys at Delta Mattress came and tried to fix it, but couldn’t. Eventually they offered me a new bed frame and swapped out the old one and that worked well for us. I an happy they were able to resolve the issue with us.
Spent thousands of dollars on a new bed and frame. Had to wait over 8 weeks for the frame to come in and when it was set up it makes so much noise that it wakes the baby up. They tried to come fix it, but were unable to solve the issue. Terrible bed frame and I regret buying it.
Friendly and professional service. A great selection of high quality products as well.
If there were more stars I'd rate Delta Mattress even higher. Was in desperate need of a recliner for friend's medical issues and looked online extensively - Amazon/Costco/Walmart - and the 2 local competitors, but couldn't locate one with a fully operational control arm.. only ones that released the footrest, thus making you push it in place. Buyer beware!! We purchased several items, value over $5k and included in that was a couch and love seat set. A few month after there were issues with the cushions, clearly a flaw in the seat material and we contacted the store for fixes since we were under warranty. They said for me to send pictures of cushions and the labels, I did...then they said they were ordering parts.
