I'm beyond sick and tired of the bull crap. To the agents do your job the correct way, so people doesn't have to deal with the unnecessary.
Whoever Angela is, she need to be GONE. She is the most unprofessional person at Delta. I called to make a payment and this female literally was arguing, I had to ask if she was going to take the payment or go back and forth. Poor customer makes any company looks bad. She need to be pulled away, retrained or LET GO. If she answers just hang up
