I really enjoyed this place. It's an all woman's gym, with child care in the next room, and a peekaboo window to see your little ones. This was a win for me. They offer many different classes. I wasn't sure what to expect but I went in at my scheduled time, and you are done in about 45 mins! The workouts were challenging but you could go at your own pace. Highly recommend if you are interested in trying something outside of a standard gym.

I have been going to delta life consistently since October 2024 and I absolutely love it! I have lost 2.5 inches and 15 pounds. I love that the workouts are already put together and the coaches show you want to do. I’ve never been good at planning my workouts and knowing what to do. I also love that they offer child care so I can bring my little one with me if I need to. I actually look forward to working out and hate when I have to miss a day. I Highly recommend Delta Life fitness!
I just recently started going back to the gym. I'm a mom of 2 and do a lot of traveling so it's been hard to get into a routine. I love the classes here, I don't have to think about "what am I going to do today". It's already setup when I get there and the coaches are friendly, energetic, and super encouraging. Being a womens gym it also caters to mom's, they have childcare and bonus group fitness sessions on weekends.
