I am so happy I found this place. I have bad anxiety so I don't like crowed places and etc. Well you can pick what time is best for you. EVERYONE makes you feel welcomed. You can go beginner or advanced based on what's best for you and they give you alternatives if needed. If you need a place to feel confident and works with your schedule...this is the place!!!!!
I really enjoyed this place. It's an all woman's gym, with child care in the next room, and a peekaboo window to see your little ones. This was a win for me. They offer many different classes. I wasn't sure what to expect but I went in at my scheduled time, and you are done in about 45 mins! The workouts were challenging but you could go at your own pace. Highly recommend if you are interested in trying something outside of a standard gym.
I absolutely love Delta! Everyone is so supportive and encouraging.
