I was looking for something to help with strength training and was referred by a friend. I tried one class and signed up for the 8 week kickstart. It's been an amazing experience! Love the efficient classes that have challenge and starter options and especially love and appreciate the coaches who are always there to help correct form and support wins. Thanks DLF!

Today was Father’s Day weekend at Delta Life Fitness. My husband went to class with me and had a great time. He also realized how many muscles he doesn’t normally use during his regular workout.
Love all the ladies and staff here!! They offer everything from Personal Training, Group fitness, nutrition coaching. I can honestly say Delta has changed my life in ways I could never have expected.
