Compassionate, go the extra mile, and truly try their best with the care for your pets- all of our cats go here and yes we have been frustrated from time to time that they couldn't figure out what was wrong right away but they always kept trying to resolve the situations and have always cared to try to make our cats as comfortable as possible through their last days and illnesses
Dr. Brockway and the staff are very friendly and compassionate people. We have gone here for years and will continue to do so because they have provided wonderful service and treatment for our pets.
I will never take any of my animals there again. Woman behind the counter ... useless.
My 13 year old Chi-poo Kiwi hit her head on the coffee table. Unconscious and not breathing, I drove her (thank God we live like a mile from the vet!) frantically to the vet! I am so appreciative of the care and professionalism that Dr Brockway and ALL the staff at Delta Lake gives to my and my pack of babies!!! Kiwi is home now. Not completely out of the woods, but much better. Thank you to each and every one that helped my baby and me through this traumatic event yesterday! I can never thank you enough for all you do!
We ended up at Delta Lake out of desperation when another practice misdiagnosed our beloved Cairn terrier. we had spent weeks having expensive tests being told he had a brain tumor. Then we were told he had diabetes. We were told to give him insulin (no specific dosage) and specific diet. By the time we got the god to Delta Vet it was far too late to help him at all. The staff could not have been kinder in helping us deal with our pups impending death and with our anger at the previous vet.
Thank you to the staff who were so sweet when it was time to tell Little Girl goodbye. I couldn't have had more caring people in the room as I was a puddle of tears.
