I wanted to make share I leave a review for this outstanding hotel. 1st- the guest service at the front desk is outstanding. I want to give a special recognition to Valerie who help assist me with my children’s booking. They were in Winnipeg doing an audition for the Royal Winnipeg and I wasn’t able to make it out with them. I had a few concerns but Valerie reassured me that my children will be taken care of and not to worry but a single thing.
