Not a bad place , the smell of tobacco and weed coming through the lobby doors isn't nice . Or the perpetual panhandlers looking for money outside .
they would not answer our calls and hung up on us, told us no rooms are available yet when looking online said 15 rooms available and gave us attitude and denied us awful experience would not suggest worst customer service ever experienced
Great venue. Special mention to Paul for his patience and kindness when we couldn't locate our vehicle in the parkade. We weren't even a guest this time, as we used the parkade to go out for dinner. Paul went to the parkade, found our car and parked it up front for us. It was truly appreciated. Thank you, Paul!
