I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the hotel. The premises were immaculately clean and well-maintained. The room was comfortable and spacious. I had booked a room with a river view, but unfortunately, it was mostly surrounded by trees. Despite this minor inconvenience, I have no complaints. The conference room was conveniently located, and the lunch provided was satisfactory. The reception staff was courteous and attentive. We came to visit family and knew of this hotel because our niece had her wedding reception there 15 years ago. The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating but not professional at all. We booked a first floor room but was given a fourth floor room instead. Due to our late arrival we just accepted it and dealt with the front desk in the morning.
