Sadly, this hotel didn’t deliver. We recently stayed at Delta Hotels Woodbridge expecting a Marriott-level experience. We travel often — both across Florida’s east and west coasts and throughout the U.S. — and we value consistency, care, and clarity from brands like Marriott. Dirty, felt unsafe. I would never recommend staying here. Ever.
Terrible experience with hotel manager and staff. They wanted to charge me an entire room rate to check in a couple hours early when in the past they had no such policy. Furthermore, they didn’t have the room type I booked. There was no coffee on premises.
