Nastiest hotel I've ever stayed at and the black lady at front desk in cardigan with long wig has a matching nasty attitude.
The outside parking lots need major repair. Inside ok.
DO NOT RECOMMEND. I encountered a deeply distressing and unacceptable experience upon my arrival at the hotel around 12:15 AM on 13-July after a 9-hour drive. There was no one at the front desk or in the reception area to assist with check-in. A lone security guard informed me that none of the night shift staff had shown up, and the day shift had failed to leave keys or instructions for arriving guests. It is impossible to get hold of the front desk or for that matter any human on the phone. The automated routing system just keeps going in a loop. One of the worst experiences ever of any Marriott property
