Good service and modern and clean
Newly renovated, everything is great. Location is convenient and super close for restaurants. Gym and swimming pool is great, very recommended for business trip.
Poor Service The check-in staff smiled at first, but after that, none of the staff smiled or greeted me as I walked by each day. This was my first time experiencing that, as staff usually say hello when you pass them. The toilet kept malfunctioning, and housekeeping took away my freshly cleaned floor mat without replacing it. They also only provided three sets of towels instead of four, even though we were a group of four. We stayed at this hotel for four nights and had a wonderful experience. We chose it specifically to avoid the busier areas of Mississauga and downtown Toronto, and it did not disappoint. From the welcoming ambiance and cleanliness to the excellent service, my friends and I were very satisfied with our stay. The corner room that we got was surprisingly spacious for three adults.
