Service has to improve. We asked for a bottle opener and the reception replied “We don’t come up stairs come down!” It’s super rude and impolite. Could use more polite phrases. We understand they couldn’t deliver to our rooms and was about to come downstairs, but we were not happy with the impolite replies. Otherwise, rooms are fantastic. Great gym also. Has EV chargers across the block.
Extremely nice hotel. Has a Starbucks & Boston Pizza attached that serves breakfast. Highly recommend the banana-bread french-toast!
The front desk at this hotel is wonderful! The front desk ensured that I was put in good rooms and provided very good service. I wanted to say thank you to everyone at the front desk, including Carly, Una, Kate, Nanor, Tanay, Karen, Joey, Michelle, and others whose name I didn't get.
