very nice and super clean!
I can't understand the high reviews for this hotel. There was really nothing good to say other than the size of the room. I firstly moved rooms due to the old AC rattling loudly, then to find the only other alternative had mostly the same issues, although I later found it also had plumbing issues bathroom and noises too. A very basic, aging and poor Marriot. I moved hotels after the first night. Go to the Marriott RFP it you can.
The hotel was clean and spacious but the stand out in this property are the employees. All were kind and attentive. One in particular Martice, he was the embodiment of customer service. He greeted us at check in with a kind smile and catered to our needs. In addition there was a health emergency in the lobby and watching him tend to the guest with care was a true lesson in kindness. This property is extremely lucky to have this young man.
Be careful with this people here they charge you after few weeks you check out, check your bank statements no matter if is $1 dls or $12 dls, this is the second time they took money from my card.
