I had such a great stay! As a women traveling solo, I felt safe and taken care of. Dani in the front was so nice & helpful (: I’d come back again
After booking the room ahead and being confirmed for the room we wanted which was a king . Hotel said there were 3 left at time of reservation. The day of arrival I checked in online that morning as soon as I received the time to check in email. When we got to the hotel last night we went to our room. and it was a handicap room with a handicap shower. We called the desk and said we'd like a regular room like the one we booked and we were told the hotel was sold out. Really? Why take my reservation? Disappointing!
I use Marriott Bonvoy for all of my business and personal trips. This hotel looked nice but the experience was less than most of the other hotels I have stayed in. It's a recently converted hotel, at the check in, the front desk lady had black start stickers on her forehead and cheek along with somewhat of a nervous energy, it was off putting for me.
