We booked a hotel block for our wedding guests at this hotel because it seemed like a nicer place given the area. On Friday night (hours before our wedding), the entire place flooded from the sprinklers going off and everyone had to evacuate. Staff, particularly Coryn, were initially as helpful as possible given the emergency. After such a long drive to come see family, bad drivers, getting pulled over, getting stuck behind a semi wreck, and with tensions high (and feelings even higher), the relief I felt when I saw SPIDERMAN at the front desk was amazing. They were amazing! Friendly, knowledgeable, and so so so helpful! Spiderman even put on a small show for the kids, making them laugh and gasp in awe.
